CalVigor is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to those terms and to the additional terms below.

Use of the app

You may use CalVigor for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

Your content

You own the information you enter into CalVigor. You are responsible for keeping your devices and Apple Account secure and for maintaining your own backups.

Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. CalProgs does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CalProgs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
